We will set up a call before you start the program so we can set your SMART goal, your Why, and go through everything we need to so you have a successful 90 days.

After that we will speak for 30 minutes a week on Monday or Tuesday to make sure you have a great week!

It's a lifestyle program so it should be and is fun! I am excited for you!

Do I need a gym membership?

YES!

We cannot build a great house with only some lumber, nails, and a hammer. We need all the tools and equipment to build an amazing home.
