Problem: 44 years old, overweight (215lbs at 5’11”), over worked and over stressed. Matt needed to get in shape for a movie he was involved with and was going to train at a well known MMA camp in New Mexico. He wanted to be sure he was in good shape. We worked together for 6 months and accomplished a lot!
Solution: I gave Matt a simple nutrition habits to follow, that would give him energy and allow for muscle growth and fat loss. Cardio program that consisted of HIIT training. As well as a strength training program that focused on compound muscle building exercises such as squats, bench press, deadlifts.
Results: Weight decreased to 185lbs and muscle increased. Much of that stress decreased drastically due to the mental benefits of a good nutrition and exercise.
